Burn ban issued for Hannibal

HANNIBAL, MO. -- You're no longer allowed to burn anything outside the city limits of Hannibal ... temporarily.

The Hannibal Rural Fire Protection District and Hannibal Fire Department have implemented a ban for the burning of landscape and household waste because of the lack of rain and windy conditions.

This ban is in effect until further notice.
