EWING, MO. -- A Ewing man died from his injuries suffered in a car crash Sunday afternoon in Ewing.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Russell L. Patterson, 55, was driving westbound on MO-6 in his 1998 Ford F150 when he traveled off the roadway and struck a grain bin. The truck overturned and came to rest on its top.
Patterson was pronounced dead at the scene by Lewis County Coroner Larry Arnold just before noon Sunday. This was the 17th fatality for Troop B with the MSHP.
