You may have heard the saying "diamonds in the rough," well how about diamonds in the dirt ... literally?

Blessing Foundation and Emerald City Jewelers are having their first ever Diamond Dig.

After the Quincy Gems baseball game Sunday, July 29th, you will have the chance to dig for diamonds and other prizes in the dirt at the Quincy Gems Stadium.

A $25 donation will get you two tickets to the game and a chance to dig for a prize.

Prizes include diamond earrings valued at $1,200, a necklace valued at $550, a diamond bracelet valued at $299, a Debbie Brooks Purse valued at $248, and a long strand of pearls valued at $180.

Only 200 spots are available.  You have until July 28th to register. Go to  www.BlessingHealthSystem.org/diamonddig or www.emeraldcityjewelers.com for more information.
