James (Jim) E. Worrell arrested for public indecency on Tuesday night
HAMILTON, ILL. -- A Hamilton man is in hot water after a disturbing incident Tuesday night.
The Hamilton Police Department arrested 58 year old Jim E. Worrell after he was reportedly seen entering the women's restroom at Gordon Grove Park just before 5 o'clock Tuesday evening.
Officers arrested Worrell inside the women's restroom.
No other details are available at this time.
Worrell is charged with Public Indecency and is being held at the Hancock County Jail.
