Police in in Henderson County arrested a man who crashed a boat and severely injured another man's arm.
Pearson Johnson, 22, is charged with aggravated reckless operation of a watercraft.
He was wanted on a warrant related to the July 2011 incident where a fellow passenger's arm was severely injured.
The name of the passenger was not immediately available.
Deputies in Henderson County arrested Johnson on a warrant for his failure to appear in court on the charge.
He is currently being held in Henderson County on a $10,000 bond.
