QUINCY, ILL. -- Two children have been moved to another home after police discovered an active meth lab in their house.

Police arrested 31-year-old Bradley Nieders when they executed a search warrant at a home on North 26th Street.

That's when they found Nieders in the garage allegedly making shake and bake meth.

26-year-old Amber Barger was also arrested.

The children were placed in the care of a relative.
