COLCHESTER, ILL. -- A Colchester man is in jail for allegedly kidnapping a woman and holding her against her will.

Tommy Rowland, 47, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping, domestic battery and violating an order of protection.

McDonough County Sheriff's Deputies arrived at a rural Colchester home Sunday morning to find a woman with serious cuts to her legs and arms outside.

After a stand-off with police, Rowland came out hours later without a fight.

He's in jail on a $150 thousand bond.
