The driver of the hit and run was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide.

KEOKUK, IOWA -- A Keokuk man is dead after a head-on collision near Keokuk Friday night.
The Lee County Sheriff's Department says Howard Jason Vincent, age 35, was traveling northbound on Highway 218 when his vehicle was struck head by another vehicle.
Devin Lance Lewis, age 19, of Keokuk, was southbound in the northbound lane of 218 when the 9:30 p.m. crash occurred.
The crash happened north of Keokuk, at the intersection of Highway 218 and 353rd Street.
Vincent died at the scene.
Lewis fled on foot, investigators said. He was located shortly after at his home, arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, a class B felony. Authorities have not confirmed whether alcohol or drugs played a part in the crash. Lewis remains lodged at the Lee County Jail.
There were no passengers in either car.
The Iowa State Patrol was on site Saturday morning for a crash reconstruction. A portion of Hwy 61 was closed during that time.
The crash remains under investigation.
