HANNIBAL, MO. -- Christmas came early Saturday night for Hannibal residents.

The annual Hannibal Jaycees Christmas Parade brought out hundreds to celebrate the holidays Saturday night.

The parade started just after dark, but  the streets were lit up with Christmas lights. This year's theme was "O' Christmas Tree."

Santa Claus took a night off from the North Pole to check in on Hannibal kids Saturday night, too.

The annual parade helps families get in the mood for the holiday season.

Each entry in the parade brought an unwrapped toy to donate to families in need this holiday season.
