QUINCY, ILL. -- Scotties Fun Spot is getting national attention these days.

It's one of four finalists up for the designation of being the "Best Roller Skating Center" in the United States.

The Quincy facility's nomination is part of the Excellence in Family Entertainment Center awards to be announced in March in Las Vegas.

Scotties Fun Spot recently underwent a $2.5 million renovation to add attractions to its skating facility.
