New officers pay the Kroc Center a visit

QUINCY, ILL. -- The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center hosted a visit from its new officers Friday.

Major Andrew S. Miller, Jr. and his wife, Major Cheryl A. Miller met with current officers and designated advisory board members as an introduction to the Quincy Kroc Center operations and staff.

According to the Kroc Center website, the Majors will begin their service to the Quincy/Hannibal region on February 6th.

The new officers replace departing officers Major Dan Jennings and his wife, Major Dorene Jennings. Major Dan Jennings was reassigned to serve as the Divisional Commander, while Major Dorene Jennings was reassigned to serve as the Director of Women's Ministries.
