Two behind bars for stolen signs in Canton

CANTON, MO. -- A man and a teen were recently arrested by Canton city police after allegedly stealing street signs.

Dylan Doran, 21, and Caleb Lovell, 17, both of Canton Missouri, were arrested on November 30th in connection with the theft.

The Canton Police Department received information in reference to an ongoing investigation into stolen City of Canton street signs and a local business sign.

The value of the signs is over two thousand dollars and they were recovered after the search of a Lewis County farm.

Both are charged with a class C felony and remain in the Lewis County Jail on a 10-thousand dollar, cash only bond.

Police say more arrests are pending.
