MARION COUNTY, MO. -- Marion County kids are becoming known as nationwide competitors in archery. Each year, a group of kids team together at Butch's Sports World in Palmyra.

Butch Herold owns Butch's Sports World. Herold enters the group into tournaments each year.

In past years, they have had kids winning national competitions and coming close to winning on the global stage.

They are preparing for state finals and national finals. Kids from ages 11 to 17 participate each year.

The kids compete for state on March 9th and 10th. The indoor national tournament begins on March 16th and 17th in Louisville, Kentucky.
