QUINCY, ILL. -- Hundreds of people braved the chill Saturday afternoon standing along Quincy's Maine Street for a front seat view of the city's St. Patrick's Parade.

The 27-year-long tradition brought in more than 90 entries this year.

Each organization was asked to help "usher in Spring" by wearing their green.

The kids also enjoyed the candy tosses and even some hot chocolate from Starbucks that spanned from 12th to 5th streets.
