Two Quincy pools offer reduced admission during heat warning

QUINCY, ILL. -- Wavering Aquatic Center and Indian Mounds Pool in Quincy will offer reduced admission during the excessive heat warning.

One dollar admission began Wednesday and will continue for each day the warning is in effect.

If the warning is canceled, the price will go back to the normal rate.

Indian Mounds is open from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and until 7 p.m. on weekends.

Wavering Aquatic Center is open from 1 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 7 p.m. on weekends.
