Chaddock hoped to spread awareness of children's psychological issues today as a part of Childrens Mental Health Awareness Day.

At noon employees took a moment of silence to remember kids struggling with mental disorders.

That moment of silence took place all over the country today as previous students at the school took pictures of themselves to show what getting help did towards helping them through life.

Why is it important to remember?

Chaddock President and CEO Debbie Reed said, "Our kids have such challenges before them and you see them out and about and they look like typical kids so I think its important that we pause on Children's Mental Health Awareness Day and really remember challenges kids face and take a few moments to wish them well as they are on a journey to improve their lives."

At noon Chaddock staff attended a chapel service to pray for current and previous students at the school.
