KHQA has received reports of damage from the wind storms that passed through the area overnight Thursday into Friday.
LEWISTOWN, MO. --
Highway 15 in Knox County Missouri was closed for a while because a large tree limb had fallen over the roadway.

There are also reports of power outages in the southern part of the county, from Novelty to Knox City.

But the biggest reports of damage we've gathered so far this morning come from Lewistown in Lewis County, Missouri.

The sheriff's department reports that there is structural damage to buildings around town, trees and power lines are down.

At last report the town had no power.

The storms seemed to have hit the southside of town the hardest.

There are also reports of some damage outside of the city limits.

As always residents are advised to use caution and stay away from any downed power lines.
