QUINCY, ILL. --

The Quincy Medical Group Healthcare Foundation is pleased to announce that the Locally Grown to Build and Shelter event, which took place on July 9, has raised $105,200 for the emergency shelter project.  A check presentation will be held on Thursday, August 5 at 9 a.m. at the former Inman Gallery (the future site of the emergency shelter).

“The Salvation Army is challenged each day to meet the basic needs of people in crisis,” said Aric Sharp, CEO of Quincy Medical Group. “The QMG
Healthcare Foundation is thankful for the support and donations of the community, especially Blessing Hospital and Clinical Radiologist, SC, that made this event possible.”
