Six arrested for meth in Quincy

QUINCY, ILL. -- UPDATED: February 9 at 3:42 p.m.

Six Quincy residents are behind bars after a meth bust on the city's south side.

Tuesday at 10 p.m., authorities with the West Central Illinois Task Force, Illinois State Police Meth Response Team and the Quincy Police Department's Emergency Response Team carried out a search warrant on this home at 628 South 8th Street in Quincy.

Investigators found several working meth labs and materials used to cook the drug.

Four men and two women were arrested for meth related charges.

Five of them lived at this home, including 37-year-old Shane Finley, 30-year-old Shana Anderson, 44-year-old Lori Burdette, 48-year-old Morris Finley, and 18-year-old Steven Masterson.

John Coulson of 7524 East Valley View in Quincy was arrested at the 8th Street home during the raid.

All six are in the Adams County Jail.

While executing a search warrant at 628 South 8th Street in Quincy, evidence of numerous labs used to manufacture methamphetamines was found.

Officers from the West Central Illinois Task Force, Illinois State Police Meth Response Team and Quincy's Police Dept. Emergency Response Team seized numerous materials used in the manufacture of meth, hypodermic syringes, meth, and USC.

The following suspects were arrested:

Shane Finley, age 37, was charged with Unlawful Participation in Meth Production, Possession of Meth Precursors, and Possession of Meth; Shana M. Anderson, age 30, was charged with Unlawful Participation in Meth Production, Possession of Meth Precursors and Possession of Meth; Lori L. Burdette, age 44, was charged with Unlawful Participation in Meth Production, Possession of Meth Precursors and Possession Meth Manufacturing Waste; John A. Coulson, age 41, was charged with Possession of Meth and Possession of Meth Precursors; Morris L. Finley, age 48, was charged with Possession of Meth; and Steven D. Masterson Jr., age 18, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
