KHQA's Just Let It Ring Campaign continues Tuesday night ... we visited Quincy High School to talk to juniors and seniors about the importance of texting later when behind the wheel.

Miss Illinois Whitney Thorpe-Klinsky joined KHQA and other sponsors to remind everyone that your choice to text touches more lives than your own.  "They don't understand that they impact so many other people, family members, their friends, other people in other vehicles so its really important to look beyond yourself and see all the consequences of your choices and just let it ring."

Texting behind the wheel makes you 80 percent more likely to get into an accident.

You can make the pledge to drive now, text later by clicking here and see how you could win some great prizes, including a new car!

Have you taken the pledge?
