Hannibal man arrested after hiding near creek

HANNIBAL, MO. -- A Hannibal man is behind bars and facing new charges after unsuccessfully hiding out near a creek bed.

Police found were called to reports of a suspicious person in the 2300 block of Warren Barrett Drive.

That's where they found 19-year-old Gregory Miller trying to hide out.

Officers recognized he was wanted on a felony warrant and chased him.

He was arrested and now in addition to felony charges, he also faces a new charge of resisting arrest while in the Marion County Jail.
