Brink pleads guilty to sex abuse charge

A Quincy man pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Thomas Brink, 51, was charged Dec. 28 with one count of criminal sexual assault and three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

He pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The other charges were dropped.

Brink waived his right for a jury trial earlier this week and is now scheduled for sentencing at 10 a.m. June 13.
