A Fort Madison couple is in jail on charges related to marijuana sales.

Danny David Black, 45, and Teresa Ruth Chatman, 50, both of the 1900 block of Avenue F were arrested Monday on felony and misdemeanor drug charges.

Both are charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug house and a violation of the drug tax stamp.

If convicted, each faces an additional five-years in prison for being within 1,000 feet of Ft. Madison Middle School. They have up to 17 years in a state correctional facility.

Investigators with the Lee County Narcotics Task Force are also searching for Preston Kash Ingram, 24, in connection with this investigation.
