Man dies when motorcycle hits deer

A Camp Point man has died from injuries suffered when he crashed his motorcycle into a deer on a rural road.

56-year-old Jack Gronewold was pronounced dead at about 5 p.m. Thursday at Blessing Hospitals from his injuries.

The crash happened Thursday morning just west of LaPrairie.
