RANDOLPH CO., MO. -- A Randolph County, Missouri man is in jail on suspicion of domestic assault and child abuse after an 18-month-old child died Sunday.

Joe Laswell, age 23, has more charges pending in the death of Jayden Bradds.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says Laswell is an acquaintance of Jayden's mother.
