QUINCY, IL -- With Halloween and Election Day over, the city of Quincy is getting into the holiday spirit.

Work began on setting up the annual Avenue of Lights display in Wavering Moorman Park.

The Quincy Chamber of Commerce began the Avenue of Lights back in 1999.

Since then it has become a holiday tradition.

Workers will be there every day until Thanksgiving getting ready to light up the display.
