WEST BURLINGTON, IA -- The Southeastern Community College in West Burlington says they're going to be cutting some programs and administrators from next years budget.

At a board meeting Monday night, the college board of trustees voted to eliminate the design engineering and horticulture program.

They also voted to eliminate the dean of academics and extended services as well as the C-B-I-Z executive directors position.

These reductions will save the school about $350,000. Another $310,000 has already been cut from the budget through other cost saving measures.
