LIBERTY, IL -- A Liberty man was transported to the hospital by Air-Evac following another farm accident Saturday.

The Adams County Sheriff's and Liberty Fire Departments responded to a farm field about 2 miles east of Beverly.

They found Gary Howard who had been knocked off his tractor.

Howard was operating a tractor when he was hit by a tree, which he was pushing off a field.

He was taken to Blessing Hospital for facial and head injuries.
