HANNIBAL, MO -- Meanwhile, Hannibal Police say they arrested a man over the weekend after seeing him run down Broadway without any clothing.

41-year old Keith Yahne is charged with indecent exposure.

Officers patrolling the 300 block of Broadway say they stopped Yahne after seeing him run naked across the street.

Yahne told officers he lost a bet and that's why he did it.
