HANNIBAL, MO. -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has referred a case against a Hannibal waste hauler to the Missouri Attorney General's Office. The state alleges Jon Michael Stolarz, doing business as Tri State Trauma, transported infectious waste without a license. He's also accused of dumping waste from his infectious waste hauling business at his Hannibal residence and another residence he owned in Canton.
