All month long, KHQA's Rajah Maples has checked with a number of sources to help get you on the right path to a healthier and happier you.

Hopefully, you'll take those tips to heart to live your best life possible for yourself, your family and your community.

Friday morning is the last of her special Get Fit, Get Healthy Tri-States series.

She asked two local experts if they had any "ending" words of advice for you in summing up this series.

Cheryl Loatsch with Cheryl Loatsch Studio in Quincy encourages you to seek help. She says find knowledgeable sources, human beings, that will help you get your questions answered, direct you toward reputable information, and organize a realistic plan to get you on the road to better health through exercise and good nutrition.

Loatsch recommends you finding that person and travel the path to better health together.

Here are concluding remarks from Anne Rupert, a personal trainer at Advance Physical Fitness.

"Ask for expert advice," Rupert said, "There's plenty of it out there. Get online, and make a phone call. Ask someone for a little bit of help, some suggestions. That is what we're here for, to help guide people into areas in which they're not sure what to do. But definitely not giving up. Just making it a lifestyle change."

Now, go out there and live your best life possible right here in the Tri-States.
