It could be four to six weeks before authorities know what killed a Clark County woman.
Sheriff Paul Gaudette says the body of Susan Heath of Wayland, Missouri was found by a family member on Friday.
She had been reported missing the week before.
The autopsy done over the weekend showed no evidence that Heath had been harmed.
A final cause of death may come after toxicology reports are released.
The sheriff said Heath's body was discovered in a back room that she used for storage.
Gaudette said authorities don't suspect foul play, but his office has called in the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Division of Drug and Crime Control to help with the investigation.

There is a tragic ending to a missing person story KHQA told you about Thursday, June 17th.
A northeast Missouri woman who had been missing for a week was found dead in her own home around noon Friday, June 18th.
Clark County Sheriff Paul Gaudette told John Garlock of KHQA's sister station KTVO in Kirksville, Mo., that the body of Susan Heath, 59, of Wayland, Missouri was found by a family member.
The sheriff told Garlock that Heath's body was discovered in a back room that she used for storage.
He said the body was "tucked under a shelf" out of sight.
Gaudette said authorities don't suspect foul play, but his office has called in the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Division of Drug and Crime Control to help with the investigation.
An autopsy was planned for Saturday.

The sheriff said there were no signs of trauma to the body, and they won't know a cause of death until the autopsy is completed.
The last time someone saw Heath alive was two weeks ago.
Her family reported her missing this past Monday.
Around 12:20 p.m. on Friday, June 18th, Clark County Coroner Ed Wilson pronounced Heath dead at her home on Walnut Street in Wayland.
