CLAYTON, ILL. -- The Village of Clayton plans a public hearing Monday evening to talk about wind farms.

You'll have a chance to comment on the regulation of them, and the installation of electric generating wind devices within the Village's limits.

That meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Clayton Community Hall.
