QUINCY, ILL. -- Following the Judge Diane Lagoski's ruling Thursday, Tom Dickerson says the judge made a ruling that was consistent with what the law was.

"There is a strong feeling that Bud was in the spot illegally and this ruling validates that. The judge says he is an illegally sitting board member, but on the other hand she says he can stay on he board until he appeals. I'm not a lawyer and we'll have to let our attorney's explain what exactly the judge means."
