BARRY, ILL. -- The Pike County Illinois coroner says he has notified the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services about what he discovered in a followup investigation in regards to the drowning death of three year old Zoe Reddy at a swimming pool in Barry.

The coroner says at the time of the incident, there were three adults asleep inside the house where the pool was located.

According to reports from the Pike County Sheriff's Department, the little girl was found by another child in the 18 foot wide, 39 inch deep pool.
