KEOKUK, IOWA -- Big wheels were turning all along the banks of the Mississippi River Thursday, September 9th.

It was the 9th Annual Greater Southeast Iowa Tractor Ride

The event began Wednesday, September 8th with more than 125 tractors departing from downtown Milton and ending in Keokuk

The last time the ride came through Keokuk was in 2008

The caravan of tractors left Thursday morning from River City Mall, heading across the Keokuk-Hamilton Bridge to Nauvoo, Ill.

Thursday's ride was scheduled to wrap up in Mount Pleasant

The tractors will end the trip back in Milton Friday.
