QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy City Council received a draft copy of the 2010 City Comprehensive Plan Monday night during the Council meeting.

City Planner Chuck Bevelheimer expects a copy of the plan to be placed on the city's web site soon, and it could be adopted early next year.

The plan may change as census information comes in.

Bevelheimer said the Plan Commission will likely hold more than one public hearing before the Council votes.
