QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy Park District will make some major cutbacks in the next months. Executive Director Dan Gibble says the district could cut $350,000 from its budget. He says its reserve funds have dwindled over the last few years and now the district needs to incorporate better management. Gibble said the public will notice a cut back in park cleanup and maintenance.

The Quincy Park Board of Commission will meet Wednesday night to discuss the exact cuts.
