QUINCY, ILL. -- Legislators in Illinois are back in session Tuesday.

The Fall Veto Session kicks in in Springfield.

It runs three days this week and three days next week.

Lawmakers will look at the 20 or so bills Governor Quinn has vetoed.

"There's been some new things filed. I read where Governor Quinn wants to bring up the tax issues as a way to address the financial concerns," says Rep. Jil Tracy.

Representative Jil Tracy says some of the other bills are civil unions, abolishing the death penalty, and medical marijuana.
