QUINCY, ILL. -- It's good to be in the downtown area of Quincy.

Lots of big projects like the Kroc Center and some senior housing complexes are on the horizon, but there are a lot of little improvements going on too.

New restaurants and stores are opening, and they are fitting in to the historic look of that area.

One new restaurant opened this week is called One.

It boasts the largest and second largest big screen in town.

KHQA's Chad Douglas visited with the owners of One and the Executive Director of the Historic Business District Tuesday morning.
