Polk prosecutors accuse Bishop of “inappropriately” using prescription drugs

Polk County prosecutors today accused the man who allegedly drove an SUV through a house and killed a woman of “using prescription drugs inappropriately.” Loren Bishop, 50, was arraigned in Polk County District Court this morning on a charge of vehicular homicide. He earlier posted a $25,000 cash bond to be released from jail in the death Jan. 22 of Mary Miller, 73.
