BLUFF SPRINGS, ILL. -- An Astoria woman is dead following a two-car crash in Cass County Tuesday.

The Morgan County coroner says Deanna Peterman, 71, died at Passavant Hospital from her injuries in the accident.

Deanna was driving with her husband David Peterman on Route 125 at Clayton Road when the accident occurred. No details yet on why the crash happened. The Illinois State Police are investigating the accident.
