A Hannibal man faces charges for tampering and receiving stolen property as a result of a police investigation in to the thefts of several ATVs.

Officers arrested 48-year-old Steven Watkins after discovering several stolen chainsaws and a motorcycle at the home.

They also searched a home in the 12 hundred block of Park Ave and found more stolen chainsaws and a stolen ATV.

Watkins has been placed on a 24 hour hold in the Marion County Jail.
