QUINCY, IL. -- Quincy Fire chief Joe Henning says the cause of a fire on North Sixth street on Monday has not been determined.

Henning tells the Quincy Herald Whig that nothing obvious is jumping out at investigators and he's not sure if a cause will ever figured out.

Four people, including three children were home when the fire broke out in the attic of this home.

A passerby alerted the fire department who then woke up those who were sleeping inside early Monday morning.

The family is not able to live in the home, and is getting help from the American Red Cross.
