Victims in Iowa shooting identified

BURLINGTON, IOWA -- Investigators released the names of two Macomb, Ill. residents shot – one fatally – Friday at a home in Burlington, Iowa.
Terrell Miller, 22, was shot several times in the head and was pronounced dead at the scene from his injuries.
Jacqueline Williams, 28, was also shot in the head and was taken to the University of Iowa Hospital for treatment, according to the Burlington Police Department.
Williams and Miller were in Burlington visiting friends, the BPD said.
Investigators have said that they are not searching for a shooting suspect.
“Preliminary investigation reveals that Williams and Miller are the only two persons involved in the altercation,” Lt. Dennis Kramer of the BPD said
Kramer said that he could not make any additional comment about what sparked the shootings as the investigation is ongoing.
“I think she's going to survive her injury,” he said. “I'm not going to comment on the extent of her injuries.”
