The drivers of two vehicles involved in an Adams County crash Sunday received serious injuries.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department responded to the crash on N. 1500th St., about a half mile east of E. 1500th St. at 11:25 a.m.
Authorities say Donna Parks, from Camp Point, was traveling west on N. 1500th St. when Kathryn D. Dieterle, of Quincy, came over the hilltop into Parks' lane of traffic.
Emergency responders extracted Parks from her vehicle and transported her to Blessing Hospital for treatment. Parks was last listed in good condition.
Dieterle was also taken to Blessing for treatment along with a one-year-old passenger unharmed in the crash. Dieterle was released and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
