QUINCY, ILL. -- On Wednesday night, James Tourney of Quincy, was driving west on Locust and turned left on to 12th street where he turned into the path of an oncoming motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, Eric Vincent of Quincy, was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment of his injuries. He is listed in good condition on Wednesday.

Tourney was cited for improper lane use.
