QUINCY, ILL. -- The former Quincy Holiday Inn is back on the market.

According to real estate company CBRE Hotels' website, the Quincy City Center Hotel on South Third Street is listed for sale at $2.5 million. Click here to read the listing.

The hotel began massive renovations to its rooms a couple of years ago.

According to the Quincy Herald Whig, this is the second downtown Quincy hotel to be placed on the market in recent months.

The Days Inn went up for sale earlier this year.
