BOWLING GREEN, MO. -- The first business in the new Bowling Green Plaza Business Park plans to open next week.

The Saints Avenue Café will start serving customers May 10th.

The groundbreaking was held at the end of November.

The 43-hundred-square-foot restaurant is named for Highway 61, which connects Saint Louis and Saint Paul.

The two-million-dollar business park has 16 other lots and covers 20 acres.
