Quincy University exceeded its $1 million annual fundraising goal for its Building for the Future QU Fund.

The university announced Thursday that it raised more than $1.03 million from individuals and organizations.

Total fundraising efforts for the university, including restricted and estate gifts, were nearly $3.4 million.

The QU Fund supports annual operating expenses including technological upgrades, campus enhancements and faculty development.
